The final soundtrack from the second season of glee is coming to stores this month. On the day of the season finale (May 23) the new album featuring 18 songs from the final 6 episodes of the season will be released. The cover and track listing has been released and we have the scoop. The cover represents New York which is the city New Directions go to in the finale.
