Will finds out the theme for sectionals is ballads. This means they must perform a love song. Will gets the kids to draw names from a hat to sing a ballad- (Puck/Mersadies, Artie/Quinn, Finn/Kurt, Tina/Mike, Santana/Brittiney) but with Matthew out sick, Will puts his own name in the hat and ends up with Rachel. They sing together and Rachel realises she has a crush on Will. Recalling the last time a student had such strong feelings for him, Will remembers Suzy Pepper, who bought him novelty gifts, called him at home, and ended up putting herself into a medically induced coma when her feelings were not reciprocated. Rachel goes to visit Will at his apartment. Terri who has had previous crushes on teachers, know's the way to deal with it. She pays Rachel to cook and clean for her. After an encounter with Suzy, Rachel realizes her feelings for Will reflect her concerns about her own self-worth, and apologizes for her behavior and her crush on Will dies. Kurt gets Finn to sing about his unborn daughter and after finding Finn sining to a sonogram, Finn's mother discovers Quinn is pregnant. Finn's mum tells Finn he and Quinn should tell Quinns parents now before they find out themselves. After dinner with Quinns Parents, Russel and Judy, they tell them about Quinn. They are so angry and dissapointed and kick her out. Finn and his mum take Quinn in and Kurt apologises to them realising it is mostley his fault. He then confesses his gay feelings for Finn. With the club finishing up their ballads, Puck is angry and tells his partner Mersadies that hye is the babies father. Mersadies tells him to back off and stay away from Quinn. Realising the pain it will cause for Finn, she dosn't tell him. The episode ends with the gang performing Lean On Me to support Finn and Quinn who kiss much to the upsetting of Puck and Rachel who still has feelsings for Finn.

NEXT EPISODE: Hairography- Will pays a visit to an instructor of a competing Glee Club to see what information Sue may be leaking, which leads to the club getting a look at their hair-rising competition. Meanwhile, Kurt gives Rachel a makeover to impress Finn.
