Season 1 of GLEE is coming to an end this Tuesday night. So we have the scoop on what you can except on SEASON 2. The second season will be split in two like the first. A very special episode will be on after the Superbowl on Feb 6, 2011. It will be the first of Season 2, Part 2 episodes. Ryan Murphy wants there to be 25 episodes and have them go to New York for Nationlas in the season finale. The writers are planning for the show to get more into the characters personal lives. We will get to meet parents. He says they will be alot of story lines on Finn & Rachel, Quinn & Puck and Emma & Will. We will get to meet the man Emma is dating, her dentist. And of cause- NEW CHARACTERS. For a while now we have known there will be 3 new glee club members who will join in season 2. But who are they? 1 is a boyfriend for Kurt who is rumoured to be named Ben. Another is a girl who will steal Rachel's thunder and become the star of New Directions. And the third is a male version of Mercedes. Could Mercedes finally get a man like she has been longing for since the third episode. Kristen Chenowith is interested in coming back to be April Rhodes. A sequel to the Power Of Madonna episode is on the way. It will have 6 Madonna numbers. Ryan plans for there to be 6-7 songs per episode so its even more than the Back 9's 5-6 songs per episode. A Christmas episode is in the planning. It will be on just before the mid-season finale in December. Ryan wants there to be big guest stars like Justin Timberlake, Susan Boyle and Jennifer Lopez. And don't forget the all Original Song episode. It was originally supposed to be in the back 9 but it was moved to season 2. So you see, There are BIG things coming for Glee in season 2.
